This course is open to all, however students may benefit from having a familiarity with key Buddhist teachings and some experience with basic meditation practice.

Progressive Stages of Meditation on Emptiness

is a classic text by a great master of this century, Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche. Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche will teach on this text, which presents the refined views of the essential nature of reality. In this course, Rinpoche will provide means to realize the nature of reality through emptiness yoga, in accordance with the main schools of Buddhist philosophy.
In order to go a step deeper in our understanding and assimilation of the main teachings, teachers will guide daily contemplation sessions based on Rinpoche’s teachings.

About Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche

Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche is a widely celebrated Buddhist teacher and the author of Emotional Rescue, Rebel Buddha, and other books.
